We also allow companies to set up profiles in which they can post company info, sponsored athletes, company and product photos, and company news and events. ActionProfiles.com Athlete members can view athlete's or company's profiles, communicate with other athletes and companies and acquire sponsorships through the website. Company or Sponsor members can view athlete's or company's profiles, communicate to other companies and athletes, and also give sponsorships to athletes to help promote their company and products. To enrich our members' experience, we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of contacts. ActionProfiles.com members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them.

Information Collection and Use by ActionProfiles.com
ActionProfiles.com collects user submitted information such as name, email address, phone number, home address and age to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the ActionProfiles.com service. From time to time, ActionProfiles.com, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on ActionProfiles.com.
