History
ActionProfiles.com was founded in the winter of 2004 by Brandon Winnie. While snowboarding in the Utah mountains, he realized how many talented riders were on the mountain and how many of these athletes would probably go unnoticed without knowing "the right people."
Looking for a way to overcome this obstacle, he thought of a website that would solve this problem and give the unheard of athlete a voice. He knew he had to create a website that would be a community to the Action Sports Industry. A place where riders and sponsors in the industry could meet and help each other out.
After 8 months of sleepless nights, hard work and determination, ActionProfiles.com was launched on August 19th, 2005. ActionProfiles.com strives on being the leading online sponsorship service in the action sports industry. But we don't stop there. We are more than just an online service which helps athletes gain exposure to themselves, we are a community, serving the action sports world. A place where people come to learn, communicate, have fun, and get involved.
