In about 1977 I found my calling. It was skateboarding. I can almost recall the exact minute in time. It was love at first wheel bite. I love skateboarding because of the feeling it gives me. The vibration under my feet, the freedom I receive cruising down the street and using what's around as a canvas for my artwork. The sensation I feel speeding down a hill so fast you don't know if you are going to make it or not. You know that feeling. WOW..!! Skating has brought me life long friends, life long memories and life long enjoyment. It has brought me happiness and misery. It has brought me self-esteem, and self-loathing. It has taken me places that one could only dream of. Skating has brought me pleasure and sorrow, excitement and pain. It is what I eat, breath and live everyday. Skateboarding has been and will probably always be my life..!!
