Design For Good

About the DFG Project

ActionProfiles.com has partnered with CommonThreadz.org for a T-shirt design contest to benefit orphans and vulnerable children in South Africa. CommonThreadz, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit donates 100% of funds raised to the kids, no funds diverted for administration. We will be accepting submissions from Nov. 1st - Dec. 20th. Top three designs will be chosen for a great prize pack, with the winning T design given national & global exposure. Winners announced on Jan. 1st.

CommonThreadz is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is working to build and fund sustainable projects that help save orphans and vulnerable children living in extreme poverty in Africa and other developing nations. We employ a holistic approach to our programs that aid the children and their caretakers, with an emphasis on education as the building block for sustainable change and the key to breaking the cycle of poverty.

Details, Prize and How to Submit Designs:

The theme of the T-shirt design is "hope". Feel free to use this concept anyway you see fit. Think hip, action sports market. The winning t-shirt design will be picked by a panel of judges assigned by DFG.

BE CREATIVE! To see how some of our commissioned artists have created designs that are artistic interpretation's of the work of other nonprofits, see some of their designs.
